Aronia: a rising star!

What is Aronia, you ask? This little-known berry grows on shrubs that are cold resistant and suitable for mechanical harvest. It matures in September, later than honeyberries, blueberries and cherries. Mr. Raynald Drapeau, a Saguenay—Lac-St-Jean researcher, conducted a study on this fruit over several years.
