Gray Frontenac is a grape cultivar with green fruits for the production of white wine. Its flavor, unique and complex in an excellent table grape, for desserts and ice wines. Frontenac’s gray wines have peach and apricot aromas that resemble citrus fruits and tropical fruits. A brilliant balance of fruit and acidity creates vivid and refreshing wines. The gray Frontenac has excellent resistance to cold and diseases, as well as very good productivity and wine quality.
